Dave (Owner)

Dave was born and raised in Hawaii.

Although Dave has spent some time living on the mainland, he would frequently

return to Hawaii to visit family and fish every year. Eventually, he was able to return to Hawaii to do what he loves. His first fishing rod was a simple bamboo pole with some line, a hook, a small split shot weight and a bobber with a small piece of Wonder bread for bait. He ultimately graduated to modern equipment and has been fishing ever since. The thrill of catching fish has never left him, he is eager to share that excitement with you.

Valerie is a mother of two, United States Navy veteran, and has spent part of her life at sea. She is an avid fisherwoman and absolutely loves the look on a guest’s face when they hook into a fish, be it a monster or a minnow. Valerie holds a commercial

captains licence in the state of Hawaii and is excited to share her love of the water with everyone she meets. She is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality equipment, top-notch staff and all of the incredible fishing Kona has to offer.

“We took our three teenage boys out for a whole day fishing. We didn't get the big marlin but we did catch a ton of tuna. Wow did the boys have fun landing those fish! Everyone was so wonderful.
