Ingredients
  1. 2 6-8 oz. pieces of ahi tuna
  2. 1/4 cup shoyu
  3. 1/2 - 1 tsp. wasabi paste
  4. 1/2 tsp. minced or grated ginger
  5. 2/3 cup furikake rice seasoning
  6. Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine shoyu, wasabi, and ginger and marinate the ahi in this mixture for at least 30 minutes, turning often. Heat skillet to medium-high and coat the marinated ahi evenly with furikake. Spray the skillet with cooking oil or coat with a small amount of olive oil. Add the ahi and sear for no more than one minute per side. Let the ahi rest for about 10 minutes then slice on an angle and serve with leftover marinade for dipping.
